Please join us welcome Mr. Rorng Soeurm as our new Scholarship Program Officer!🎉
Rorng brings over three years of experience in the education sector, having served as a teacher and school director assistant. His background includes student mentoring, lesson planning, academic and administration support, event coordination, and close collaboration with teacher, parents, and community partners.
He is currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration, and is deeply passionate about youth development and educational equity. Through this role at JWOC, Rorng is committed to supporting students from underserved backgrounds and strengthening our scholarship programs in line with JWOC's mission to empower Cambodia youth through education.

From textbooks to real-life English conversations!🌏🗣️
By last of Dec 2025, JWOC welcomed New Zealand students as part of a learning exchange program. Our students stepped out of their comfort zones, practiced real English with native speakers, and gained confidence through natural, friendly conversations.🗣️✨
Over two days and across two student groups, the room was filled with laughter, curiosity, and growth.
It's was a great step forward for Better Futures students to connect, communicate, and grow beyond the classroom.🤩
