យើងមានសេចក្តីរំភើប និងអរគុណដែលមាន Aileen ជាអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តមកពីស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានមកធ្វើការជាមួយអង្គការសហគមន៍យើងរយៈពេល៦សប្តាហ៍។ គាត់បានបង្កើតសកម្មភាពជាច្រើនក្នុងការរៀនភាសាអង់គ្លេសដូចជា ការសរសេរតាមអាន ការបកប្រែ ការប្រកបពាក្យ និងអភិវឌ្ឍលើវិញ្ញាសារប្រលង។ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរបស់គាត់ស្តីពីអន្ដរដ្ឋានុមានរបស់ប៊្លូម (Bloom's Taxonomy)ដែលជាវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនឲ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងការវាយតម្លៃការបង្រៀន បានពង្រឹងគុណភាពនៃការបង្រៀនរបស់ក្រុមការងារពួកយើង។

We're excited and thankful to have had Aileen, a wonderful volunteer from the US Embassy, at JWOC for 6 weeks ! Her hard work has greatly improved our program curriculum. She created fun activities like dictation, translation, spelling bees, and developed language placement tests. Aileen's training on Bloom's Taxonomy, effective teaching, and assessments has strengthened our team and our curriculum.
Aileen describes JWOC as amicable, open-minded, and supportive. She stated “I highly recommend individuals to volunteer at JWOC, especially if they have the professional skills to help strengthen JWOC's vision of providing English language skills and career counseling to the underprivileged adolescent and young adults of Siem Reap.”

On July 1st, JWOC hosted an incredible job fair in Siem Reap province, bringing together employers from various institutions to benefit our youth! This event sought to raise awareness about job opportunities, improve understanding of the job market and necessary skills, and foster stronger relationships with our partner organizations.

On Wednesday 26th of june our English Work Students had a blast during our Team Building activities at Green House. Through engaging and fun games and activities, both students and staff had a great time.

The English Work program aims to enhance English language proficiency for students, provide them greater educational opportunities, boost their employment prospects, and foster cultural exchange. Throughout this program, we're empowering our students to achieve their dreams with stronger language skills and increased confidence.
