Learning today, Leading tomorrow. My name is Rey Vanna, a student at Van Da University, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. I became a student of JWOC in 2021. I am currently teaching in a community in the field of traditional dancing (Apsara dancing). I decided to go and teach those children because I saw that in the community, there was a desire to learn and know about these skills, and I also wanted the children to understand and help preserve Khmer culture. Additionally, I want to help teach more children in my community by sharing the knowledge and skills that I have learned. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where children feel inspired, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I want to share not only academic knowledge but also important life lessons, such as kindness, teamwork, and perseverance, that can guide them through any obstacles. យើងមានមោទនភាពជាខ្លាំងដែលសិស្សានុសិស្ស​អាហារូបករណ៍ រ​បស់យើងបានអនុវត្តគម្រោងនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សា Laberk ជាកន្លែងដែលពួកគេបានជួយលាបព័ណថ្នាក់មត្តេយ្យ ប្រែក្លាយវាទៅជាកន្លែងកក់ក្តៅ និងស្វាគមន៍ដែលគាំទ្រដល់ការសិក្សារបស់សិស្ស។

We are so proud that our SP-Y3 students carried out a project at Laberk Primary School, where they helped repaint the kindergarten classroom with fresh colors, transforming it into a warm and welcoming space that supports student learning.

សារៈសំខាន់នៃការសិស្សាភាសាអង់គ្លេស📖❗✨

ភាសាអង់គ្លេសគឺជាជំនាញដ៏សំខាន់ដែលជួយឱ្យយើង ទទួលបាននៅការងារល្អ និងធ្វើឱ្យជីវិតយើងកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង។ នៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សា ល្បើក ដែលសិស្សានុសិស្សជាច្រើន មិនបានសិស្សាភាសាអង់គ្លេសដែលជាបញ្ហា។ ដើម្បីជួយក្នុងរឿងនេះ សិស្ស អង្គការសហគមន៍យើង​ បានធ្វើគម្រោងមួយដើម្បីបង្ហាញថាហេតុអ្វីបានជាការរៀនភាសាអង់គ្លេសមានសារៈសំខាន់ និងដើម្បីលើកទឹកចិត្តទាំងឪពុកម្តាយ និងសិស្សឱ្យបន្តសិក្សាគាត់។

English is an important skill that helps people get better jobs and improve their lives. At Laberk Primary School, many students don’t go to English class at their public school, which is a problem. To help with this, JWOC students did a project to show why learning English is important and to encourage both parents and students to keep studying it.📖✨

ជាមួយនឹងសម័យថ្មីនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យា មនុស្សវ័យចំណាស់កំពុងត្រូវបានបោកប្រាស់ ដែលជារឿយៗ ដោយមិនដឹងពីរបៀបការពារខ្លួនប្រឆាំងនឹងវា។ ដូច្នេះ និស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍ JWOC បានធ្វើវគ្គចែករំលែកដែលផ្តោតលើរបៀបកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណអ្នកបោកប្រាស់ និងអ្វីដែលត្រូវធ្វើប្រសិនបើវាកើតឡើងចំពោះអ្នក។

With the new age of technology, elderly individuals are being taken advantage of and scammed, often unaware of how to defend themselves against it. Therefore, JWOC scholarship students will conduct a sharing session focused on how to identify scammers and what to do if it happens to you.
