About us

Our History

In 2005, JWOC founders Brandon and Andrea Ross moved to Cambodia from the United States to set up a boutique hotel.

Observing the needs of the population, and the desire of travelers to provide support, they saw an opportunity to work as an intermediary between them. Years later JWOC has become more than they ever dreamed possible.

We have learned that focusing on education is where we can make the greatest difference in helping Cambodian youth to better their future and become leaders in their community. With nearly 20 years of experience in the sector, JWOC is proud to be at the forefront of youth issues in Siem Reap.
